Order status

Understand marketplace order progress from payment to delivery or pickup.

Order status shows where your order is. An order is not confirmed until the payment system confirms the required payment status.

Common statuses

  • Awaiting payment confirmation
  • Confirmed / accepted by kitchen
  • Preparing
  • Ready for pickup or out for delivery
  • Delivered / completed
  • Cancelled (with status-specific outcome)
Unpaid orders sit under To Pay until you pay or cancel from Order Detail (tap the card).
