1. Before You Delete

Deleting your QIUBBX account can affect active Orders, pending refunds, wallets, Seller obligations, QBP entitlements and access to history.

  • Complete or resolve open Orders where required
  • Understand pending refunds and chargebacks may still process
  • Seller/QBP ledger may retain records needed for law and disputes

3. What is Deleted vs Retained

Where applicable we delete or de-identify personal data no longer needed for the account relationship.

  • May retain: legal and tax records
  • Accounting and transaction ledgers
  • Fraud prevention and security logs
  • Dispute and regulatory records

4. Seller and QBP Accounts

Seller and QBP accounts may require additional checks (open Orders, unsettled payouts, compliance). Wallet and ledger history may remain subject to retention rules even after access ends.
