Delete your QIUBBX account
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
- Step 1
In the QIUBBX app (recommended)
Sign in → Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Follow verification steps. Processing may take up to 30 days.
- Step 2
By email
Email datarequests@qiubbx.com from your registered address with subject “Account deletion”. We will verify your identity before processing.
- Step 3
What is deleted
Profile data, preferences, and account access are removed per our retention schedule. Some records (e.g. transaction history) may be kept where required by law.
App store subscriptions
Deleting your QIUBBX account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage those in your device subscription settings.
