1. QIUBBX Rewards Programme
QIUBBX Rewards is a loyalty programme with rules for eligibility, earning, redemption, expiry and fraud controls. Rewards are not cash and are not necessarily transferable.
Rewards do not change Platform Care structure unless a promotion says so. Commercial figures publish in app surfaces and promotion terms.
2. Earning, Redemption & Expiry
- Starting earn rate is 1% of the seller’s food selling price — the same as the customer’s food purchase after menu discounts
- Delivery, tax, payment fees and tips are not included. Platform Care 4.5% stays embedded in the food price and is not raised to fund cashback
- Credit is created when the qualifying order is delivered or completed, not at payment alone
- Higher tier rates (Gold / Platinum / Diamond) require both more delivered orders and more food GMV in the rolling 30-day window, as published in the app and on /rewards
- Redemption requires a minimum available balance of RM1.00 at checkout; caps may apply
- Each credit line expires 12 months after it was earned (oldest first). Promotional rewards may have separate terms
3. Reversal, Fraud & Termination
- Refund / chargeback
- Reward reversal where applicable
Abuse, fraud or account termination may forfeit unredeemed rewards. QIUBBX may change the programme with reasonable notice.
