What is QXRider?
QIUBBX delivery rider
QXRider is QIUBBX’s last-mile rider programme. Riders pick up and deliver food and products from sellers to customers — safely, on time, and professionally. The delivery fee is locked at checkout (RM5–RM9 by distance within 10 km). Nearby orders may be batched (up to 5) into one offer.

Core promise
Eligible delivery earnings belong to the Rider. QIUBBX does not take a commission cut from Rider earnings.
Wording matters: we say “100% Rider Earnings — No QIUBBX Commission Deduction,” not “no deductions of any kind.” Payment gateway fees, statutory deductions, taxes, refunds/adjustments, or deductions required by law may be treated separately and shown clearly when they apply.

How to register
Registration is FREE. Complete it in the QIUBBX app — not a separate website form.

Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes. A registered, insured motorcycle or car that you are licensed to ride or drive.
Is this the same as Family Runner?
No. Family Runner is a Home Made seller/family drop within 3 km. QXRider is the public rider network in Adam’s batch pool.
Does “100%” mean no deductions ever?
It means QIUBBX does not take a commission from the delivery fee. Gateway fees, statutory items, tax, refunds or lawful adjustments may still apply and must be shown when they do.

Riders can report, dispute, appeal and track cases. Suspensions are not a black box — status moves from Submitted → Under Review → Resolution → Closed.
QXRider Agreement & privacy
The Rider Agreement will cover platform arrangement, earnings, settlement, responsibilities, safety, privacy, prohibited activities, suspension, termination, dispute resolution and applicable law under Malaysia’s gig framework. Legal text must be reviewed by a Malaysian lawyer before production launch.
Identity, bank, location, delivery history, earnings, device and documents are used only for purposes stated in the Privacy Policy and platform operations.
