How to order food

Place a marketplace order for delivery or pickup on QIUBBX.

Marketplace orders let you buy from a food business for delivery or pickup. Prices you see include Platform Care 4.5% paid by the buyer.

Steps

  1. Choose a kitchen and items

    Add dishes, options and notes as offered.

  2. Select delivery or pickup

    Confirm address or pickup point and time window if shown.

  3. Review totals

    Check food total, fees and Platform Care embedded in the displayed price.

  4. Pay

    Complete checkout. The order is not confirmed until payment confirms the required status.

  5. Track

    Follow order status from kitchen prep through delivery or ready-for-pickup.

Platform CareBuyers pay Platform Care 4.5%. There is 0% sales commission on food GMV. QBP pool 2.5% is never a buyer line item (QBA only).
