QIUBBX is a food commerce ecosystem for customers, food businesses, QXRiders and partners, powered by Adam AI and FBOS.
Is there a sales commission on food?
No. Sales commission on food GMV is 0%. Platform Care 4.5% is paid by the buyer. QBP pool 2.5% is seller-side; active QBA receives entire pool, else HQ. RBS is RM1/menu/month when that menu sells.
What is Adam AI?
Adam AI assists recommendations and operations. QIUBBX uses Adam only. Business owners decide what to apply.
Customer
When is my order confirmed?
When the payment system confirms the required payment status — not before.
Do I always get a refund if I cancel?
No. Refunds and cancellations are status-based and configurable by transaction type.
How does Smart Catering work?
Event brief → negeri match → quotes → compare → accept → 30% deposit.
What is Arena Live?
Shop-while-watch during a live session. Available features depend on that live.
Are Rewards the same as seller wallets?
No. QIUBBX Rewards are under separate T&Cs and are not seller or QBP wallets.
Food Business
What is FBOS?
Food Business Operating System — the seller operating and growth layer on QIUBBX.
How much is RBS?
RM1 per menu per month when that menu sells.
Does Adam change my menu automatically?
No. Adam recommends; the business owner decides.
QXRider
Does QIUBBX take commission from rider earnings?
No. 100% Rider Earnings — No QIUBBX Commission Deduction. Gateway or statutory amounts may still apply.
Are rider payouts instant?
No. Rider payments are processed according to the applicable payment gateway settlement and payout schedule.
What is an example earnings breakdown?
Adam quotes delivery by distance within 10 km: 0–2 km RM5, >2–4 RM6, >4–6 RM7, >6–8 RM8, >8–10 RM9. 9 km = RM9. Peak is not added to the customer. 100% of that fee goes to the QXRider; QIUBBX commission RM0.
Payment
Who pays Platform Care?
The buyer. It is 4.5% and embedded in the displayed price.
When is the QBP 2.5% pool charged?
Seller-side only when an active recruiter exists. Never as a buyer line item.
Account
Can one account have multiple roles?
Yes, depending on which roles you activate (customer, seller, rider, partner).
Will support ask for my password?
No. Never share your password or OTP.
