- Customer — browse, order, pre-order, book, request catering, watch Arena Live, earn rewards
- Food Business — sell on QIUBBX with menus, venues, orders and payouts
- QXRider — accept deliveries and earn with 100% rider earnings (no QIUBBX commission deduction)
- Business Partner (QBP) — recruit and coach sellers; seller-side QBP pool 2.5% when an active QBA recruiter applies (entire pool to QBA)

Fees at a glancePlatform Care 4.5% is paid by the buyer and embedded in displayed prices. Sales commission on food GMV is 0%. QBP pool 2.5% is seller-side; active QBA receives the entire 2.5%. RBS is RM1 per menu per month when that menu sells.
