How to use it
- Open a live session
Enter Arena Live from discovery or a kitchen profile when a session is active.
- Browse featured items
Products available for that live appear in the session UI.
- Checkout
Orders still require payment confirmation before they are confirmed.
- Track like any order
Fulfilment follows normal order status after the live purchase.
FeesLive orders still follow marketplace fee rules: Platform Care 4.5% buyer-side, 0% sales commission on food GMV, QBP pool 2.5% seller-side; active QBA receives the entire 2.5%.
