QIUBBX Rewards is the customer loyalty programme. Silver is the starting tier at 1%, not the programme name. Balances live in Profile → QIUBBX Rewards and are separate from seller settlement wallets and QBP dividend wallets.
How 1% is calculated
- Starting rate: 1% of the food the seller sold to you — the same as your food purchase (after menu discounts)
- Not included: delivery, tax, payment fees, tips
- Platform Care 4.5% stays embedded in the dish price and is not raised to fund cashback
- Rounded up to the nearest sen (example: RM 2.61 food → RM 0.03 at 1%)
- Credit lands when the order is delivered or completed — not at payment only
Tiers (last 30 days)
- Silver — all buyers, 1.0%
- Gold — 1.5% when you have ≥5 delivered orders and ≥ RM150 food GMV
- Platinum — 2.0% with ≥15 orders and ≥ RM500
- Diamond — 3.0% with ≥30 orders and ≥ RM1000, or an admin invite
Redeem
- Minimum available balance RM1.00 at QXFood checkout
- Redeeming lowers card / FPX payable; you still earn on the food value of that order
- Each credit expires 12 months after it was earned (oldest first)
