Smart Catering uses a request-for-quote (RFQ) flow so organisers can brief an event and receive quotes from matched food businesses.

RFQ journey

  • Submit an event brief (date, pax, negeri, menu needs, budget notes)
  • QIUBBX matches eligible kitchens by negeri and capability
  • Kitchens submit quotes
  • Compare quotes side by side
  • Accept a quote
  • Pay the 30% deposit to secure the booking
DepositAccepting a quote requires a 30% deposit. Remaining payment follows the schedule shown for that catering transaction.
Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on catering status and the rules for that RFQ transaction — not an automatic full refund every time.
