This document is in force and legally binding for users of QIUBBX websites, apps and related services in Malaysia. QIUBBX Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. may update this document; material changes will be published with a new version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where applicable law permits.

1. Seller Eligibility

These Seller Terms apply to businesses offering food, beverage or related products/services through QIUBBX. They must be read with the Master Terms and Payment Terms.

Sellers include Home Made / home chefs, restaurants, cafés, food stalls, food trucks, caterers, venues and event food providers as configured on the Platform.

2. Seller Registration & Verification

  • Accurate business and contact information
  • Identity and applicable business registration (e.g. SSM or permitted ID)
  • Applicable licences, permits and food-related requirements
  • Operating hours, location and fulfilment capabilities

QIUBBX may limit, suspend or terminate Seller access if verification is incomplete, inaccurate or fails compliance reviews.

3. Seller Profile & Menu Requirements

Sellers must keep business name, address, contact and operating hours accurate.

  • Accurate food description, price and availability
  • Images that represent the product fairly
  • Portion, ingredients and allergen information where applicable
  • No misleading or illegal claims
  • No alcohol drink listings (beer, wine, spirits, arak). Ginger beer is allowed
  • Food with pork/khinzir or alcohol as an ingredient must show the Non-Halal badge — concealment or false Halal is a lifetime ban
  • Halal claims only with a verified certificate — QIUBBX is not a 100% Halal marketplace; non-Halal food may be sold

4. Food Safety

Sellers remain solely responsible for food they prepare, including quality, hygiene, ingredients, allergens, packaging and applicable food-safety requirements. QIUBBX is a technology marketplace and does not take over Seller food preparation duties.

5. Orders, Pre-Order, RFQ & Delivery

  • Accept or reject Orders under platform rules
  • Prepare and pack accurately after acceptance
  • Honour accepted Pre-Orders for the confirmed date/time
  • RFQ responses are not automatic contracts until confirmed
  • Hand over Orders correctly for Rider / collection fulfilment

6. Payment, Settlement & Fees

QIUBBX Zero Commission means QIUBBX does not charge marketplace commission on Seller food sales under that model. Other costs may still apply.

  • RBS (Rental Base System) rates, eligibility and billing are shown in Seller surfaces / commercial schedule — not only in Master Terms
  • Payment processing uses provider infrastructure (including Razorpay); settlement follows provider schedules
  • Seller-side split / direct-to-seller gateway fee may apply under the current arrangement (e.g. 0.10% for that function, subject to commercial and provider fee schedule)
  • Buyer-side Razorpay transaction fees are separate and follow agreed commercial rates

7. QBP Attribution

Seller-side QBP / service pool is always 2.5% of food GMV. Active QBA recruiter → entire 2.5% to that QBA. No active QBA → entire 2.5% retained by QIUBBX HQ. Buyers never pay this pool (see QBP Terms).

8. Compliance, Suspension & Termination

Sellers must maintain continuous compliance with platform policies, verification and food rules. QIUBBX may suspend or terminate for breach, safety, fraud, payment issues or legal requirements. Content Seller upload remains their responsibility; licences to QIUBBX are granted as needed to operate the Platform.
