Public meaningWhen a kitchen shows Dapur Melayu, authorised QIUBBX Admin or QBA reviewers have verified that kitchen identity and its RM10 annual recognition term is current. The optional fee is for badge access, not a stronger certification: the badge is not a dish-style label and is not a Halal, food-safety, or operational-status certificate.

QIUBBX must not infer ethnicity, heritage, or eligibility from a name, MyKad, SSM record, address, or uploaded document. Those documents establish ownership or authority only.
Verification standard
- The seller applies voluntarily; sellers may continue trading without a badge
- A voluntary applicant pays RM10 for one year through Curlec before review; the fee is non-refundable
- Review confirms the applicant is the owner or an authorised director using existing seller-profile evidence
- Admin or QBA makes the final decision; Adam may check format, completeness, and audit routing only
- Original documents, declarations, decision notes, and reviewer identity never appear in buyer catalogue APIs

The public badge is shown only when status is verified and the annual term is current. At expiry, the verified history remains but the badge and global discovery priority are hidden until payment-only renewal. A change of primary identity needs a new payment and review. Revocation removes the badge after a documented decision.
