- Is the 4.5% fee a commission on my sales?
- No. For sellers, we use the term zero commission — nothing is deducted from your sale price or payout. The 4.5% is a buyer-paid platform service fee at checkout.
- Do buyers see the fee before paying?
- Yes. The platform service fee is shown clearly at checkout before the buyer confirms payment.
- Is QIA or QBI extra?
- QIA and QBI are included for standard buyer and seller use. Any future premium tiers would be disclosed separately before you opt in.
- Are there any other seller fees?
- Optional products (such as certain listing, subscription, or SKU-based services) may have separate charges if you enroll. Those are not commissions on your GMV and are disclosed before opt-in.
