Please read these Terms carefully before using QIUBBX. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 Legal Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QIUBBX Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd ("QIUBBX", "we", "us", or "our").
1.2 Updates
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance where practicable.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parental consent. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
2.1 Registration
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.
2.2 Account Deletion
Delete your account in-app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or at https://www.qiubbx.com/legal/account-deletion
3. Purchases and Payments (Buyers)
3.1 Platform Service Fee
Buyers pay a 4.5% platform service fee at checkout. This fee is shown before you confirm payment. It is not a commission deducted from seller earnings.
3.2 What the fee funds
Platform infrastructure, Arena live streaming, payments stack, Halal tools, security, support, and included QIA/QBI capabilities.
3.3 Payment methods
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
4. Selling on QIUBBX (Merchants)
4.1 Zero commission on sales
QIUBBX does not take a percentage commission from your sale price or payout for standard marketplace sales. Your listed sale price is not reduced by a platform commission.
4.2 Other seller charges
Separate optional or product-specific fees (for example listing, subscription, or SKU-based services) may apply if you enroll in those products. Such fees are disclosed before you opt in and are not the buyer platform service fee.
4.3 Merchant obligations
Accurate listings, timely fulfillment, professional customer service, and compliance with applicable laws including Halal and consumer regulations.
