Precise GPS location (when permitted), approximate location (IP-based), shipping addresses. Used for delivery, order tracking, merchant discovery, and notifications. May occur when the app is closed if background location is enabled.

Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (GAID, IDFA), network info, app version, IP address.
2.5 Usage Data
Browsing history, search queries, products viewed/purchased, time spent, interaction with ads and features.
2.6 Camera & Microphone
Photos/videos for profiles, reviews, live streaming. Audio for voice search and live chat.
2.7 Health Data
We do NOT collect health data through HealthKit or Health Connect APIs.

3.1 Service Provision
Process orders, facilitate payments and refunds, provide customer support, enable merchant-buyer communication.
3.2 App Functionality
Personalize recommendations, enable live shopping, provide QIA assistant, manage wishlists and cart.

Detect fraud, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve platform performance.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 Service Providers
Payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools under contract.
4.2 Merchants
Order details (name, shipping address, phone, product selections) for fulfillment.
4.3 AI Providers
QIA may use AI providers for recommendations and chat. We do not share personally identifiable information with AI providers without explicit consent.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
5.1 Retention
Account data: active period + 90 days after deletion. Purchase history: up to 7 years where required by law. Analytics: anonymized per our retention schedule.
