Dapur Melayu is one public example of Dapur Identity on QIUBBX: a kitchen designation verified by authorised Admin or QBA reviewers. Applying is optional. You may keep selling without this badge.

If you choose to apply, the recognition fee is RM10 for one year, paid through Curlec before review. The fee is not a Halal, food-safety, or operating certificate. Other Dapur identities (Chinese, Indian, Japanese, and more) use the same rules.

What buyers can read from the badge

When a kitchen shows Dapur Melayu, authorised QIUBBX Admin or QBA reviewers have verified that kitchen identity and the RM10 annual recognition term is current.

Verified kitchen identity

The badge names a reviewed kitchen designation. It does not describe every dish on the menu.

Recognition fee, not a stronger certificate

RM10/year is optional badge access. Payment does not create Halal, hygiene, KKM, Typhoid, or operating status.

Selling stays open

Kitchens that never apply, or whose term has ended, may still list and sell on QIUBBX without this mark.

A kitchen that is not verified as Dapur Melayu may still sell a Malay-style dish. A verified Dapur Melayu kitchen may still sell other cuisine styles. QIUBBX must not infer ethnicity, heritage, or eligibility from a name, MyKad, SSM record, address, or uploaded document. Those documents establish ownership or authority only.

What Dapur Melayu is not

Not a menu guarantee

It is not a claim that every item is Malay cuisine, or any other single cuisine.

Not Halal

Halal is shown only from its own verified source. This badge never substitutes a Halal seal.

Not food safety or KKM/Typhoid

Handler and hygiene gates stay on the food-safety and Home Chef audit path.

Not Dapur Baru, Disahkan, or Premium

Those operational badges follow Live audit, video tour, IC, and certificate gates.

How registration works

Seller registration (RM0) is separate. Dapur Melayu is a later, voluntary recognition step inside the seller app.

    Onboard as a seller

    Create a QIUBBX seller profile, complete venue evidence, and go live. You may sell without Dapur Identity.

  2. 02
    Choose to apply

    The kitchen owner or authorised director submits a Dapur Identity application, selects Dapur Melayu, and accepts the current declaration.

  3. 03
    Pay RM10 for one year

    Curlec collects a server-fixed RM10 recognition fee before Admin/QBA review starts. The fee is non-refundable if the request is later rejected or revoked.

    Ownership evidence

    QIUBBX uses existing owner or company evidence already on the seller profile (for example MyKad or business registration) to confirm the applicant may represent that kitchen — not to infer ethnicity.

  5. 05
    Admin or QBA decision

    An authorised reviewer approves, rejects, or later revokes the identity. Adam may check format, completeness, and audit routing only. Adam does not award the public badge.

  6. 06
    Public mark and renewal

    Buyers see the official mark only while status is verified and the annual term is current. Renewal is payment-only. Changing the primary identity needs a new fee and a new review.

The RM10 recognition fee is a QIUBBX HQ Dapur Identity fee. It is separate from RBS (RM1 per sold offering), buyer Platform Care, and the 3.5% seller service pool (QBA 2.5% + QBM 1.0%).

The same kitchen can sell either way. The badge is a recognition choice.

Status and annual term

Buyer surfaces use fee-current eligibility, not status alone.

  • None — no current application
  • Pending — paid, awaiting review; not buyer-visible
  • Verified — public mark may appear while the annual term is current
  • Rejected — not buyer-visible; seller receives a reason; fee is not refunded
  • Revoked — mark removed after a documented review; fee is not refunded

When the year ends, the verified history stays on the seller record, but the public badge and discovery priority are hidden until a payment-only renewal. Existing verified kitchens receive one initial annual term from their review date.

How buyers find Dapur Melayu

Fee-current verified identities receive a server-managed priority across global kitchen and food discovery. Location and query relevance still apply. Clients must not invent a second boost.

The public mark and discovery priority hide until you renew with another RM10 payment. The verified record remains. Renewal does not require a new review unless you change identity or a reviewer flags it.

May I use dapurmelayu.png on my own website or packaging?

No. The artwork is QIUBBX intellectual property. Only QIUBBX may display it for eligible kitchens, and only with written permission for any other use.
