What is RBS?
RBS (Rental Base System) is a seller programme fee on QIUBBX. It is not a separate charge that buyers pay at checkout.
Who pays RBS?
Sellers who list food, beverage, catering, hall, events and related services for customers on QIUBBX.
Delivery riders follow SOCSO programmes — not RBS.
Family Runners receive 100% of the delivery fee — no RBS on runner earnings.
How much is RBS?
RM1 on the first paid sale of each offering in an RBS period.
An offering includes a menu item, dine-in dish, catering package, hall package, event service, or any other buyer-facing listing you register.
0% sales commission on food GMV.
After RM1 is collected for that offering in the period, further sales of the same offering in that period belong to the seller.
You receive a notification when RM1 is taken for an offering.
RBS period
Each period closes on the 27th of every month (Malaysia time, Asia/Kuala_Lumpur).
From day 28 onward, the next period begins.
Catering menus
Caterers maintain a dedicated catering menu catalog (buyers pick from these menus).
RM1 on the first paid sale of each catering menu in the period (same amount, tracked separately from other menus).
0% commission on catering GMV.
Outdated models — do not use
The old 30% cap RM50 per dish per month model is not live on QIUBBX product today.
Restaurant, food truck and food stall offerings use the same RM1 first paid sale rule as other seller listings.
Marketplace SKU RBS (RM10) is outside this food seller programme scope.
Delivery fees
QXRider delivery fee → rider receives 100% (zero platform margin on the rider fee).
Family Runner delivery fee → runner receives 100%.
